After A period of time the Senior Members may decide who is worthy
of Limited Admin Rights (Slay, kick, mute, and there will be opportunities
to advance

c. After a probation of 2 weeks or less, the SM's will decide
if the candidate is worthy of joining.

- When A Founder Admin Is in the server He is the admin of the server.
- When A VM is in the server and no FAs are in the server, The VM is the admin
- When A SM is in the server and no one of higher ranking is present, said person is admin
In the case of two or more SMs in the server, the first to arrive is Admin
- And so fourth...

Other Ideas
1) I mentiond A Staff Office.
a. This would be a private fourm specifically for the FAs, and the VM
b. Chat about anything related to the clan that you do not want to
reveal to the rest of the clan
2) Perhaps A Ventrilo?
a. You can set up a free Ventrilo Server From your computer
b. This would help to advertise For the servers, and allow players
to chat in the different servers and switch at free will
c. Only the FAs, VM, and SMs would have admin in the ventrilo
3) A members only private fourm
a. This is where chat about candidates would take place
b. All members can post their feelings about a candidate

site, I just mean a different area that only specific rankings
can view.
