She didnt file a police report, she didnt take pictures, and therefor has no legal proof that the accident occured. Just whatever you do dont admit that you had an accident if she comes after you for some bullshit that is wrong with her car, say that she must have stolen your information.
Oh my.
Way to try to get someone in trouble for civil fraud.
Not mention the criminal side of things that it could develop into.

Im talking about her blaming you for crap that is wrong with her car, the way you worded your original post made it sound like she might blame you for whatever she can find wrong with her car even if it had nothing to do with the accident. If she does, she has no evidence that the accident even occured
