Server Update

The web panel is now up and running under linux.

The panel will allow fellow admins to upload maps, upload plugins and change core files.

If you are a lead admin, check the general discussion for admins!

Great local good job. Thanks for doing so much for the community, MORE MAPS!!!!. I made one he he just waiting to post it.... :-[ :-[ :-[ lol I hope people like it.

Hopefully this means no metro or silent hill every 3 maps. Great job
