Auto team balance

This didnt use to be a problem since people rarely abused it, lately almost every other time I play its usually either a little kid or forigner who constantly switches teams, usually its because me or someone else is always killing them but everytime they die they will switch to the team thats winning even if the winning team had more players, and I would switch teams to fix it, but the moment I kill them again they switch again and it keeps going and going untill I get an admin or they leave. This should be a pretty easy fix though if you guys could just turn on the teambalance so it doesn't let people stack the teams.

Death:
The easiest way to fix this would be to change mp_limitteams to 1. It should force them to have to auto join a team instead of picking whichever one they want, but that would be up to Local.  :D

Yeah thats what I was thinking, couldn't remember that command though. >.<
