Having Trouble Signing Into The Forums

Venomous Demon is having trouble signing into the forums, and I tried to help him by changing his cookie setting in Internet Explorer, but it still didn't work. Maybe somebody else can be a better help to him. This is the message he gets when he tries to sign in on the forums.

This once happened to me a long time ago but I forgot how to fix it >.<

Jus use another browser like Google chrome

well let me know if i should delete his account so he can set a new one with his same email

sounds like either he has some serious browser restrictions set up by  his computers administrator or he could possibly be using a proxy which causes some problems with logging into accounts without a solid IP

could it also be his characters in his name? because it has happend to me when i changed my name. if not do what warrior said new browser

If he's using Internet Explorer tell him to try going to

Tools>Internet Options>Privacy

and set the dial down to Low or Very Low

thats how I fixed my problem when I had that.

He said he did that when I told him to, but it didn't work.

Is there some kind of program preventing him from getting in? Like norton or Mcafee or something

That is what I'm going to ask tomorrow when I see him, because that is what I figure is that it's a program, or firewall maybe. Thank you all for your input, hopefully something will help him out.
