wouldn't reccomend changing original counter strike settings unless you know your computer can handle it...it adds a little more of a load on your system....there are also tutorials to help you install them....installing skins requires you to be pretty familiar with your counterstrike folder...would probably be a good idea to back up your your counterstrike folder before making any modifications unless you know what your doing, or unless you don't mind reinstalling counterstrike hahah...but yeah, you can make all kinds of changes to your counterstrike, just takes time
oh yeah...skin changing advice, only use the skins that have like a youtube preview of the skin to make sure its legit...
