You can't expand the pixel sizes of a small icon to a large one. It ruins the resolution of the image. Although, if you start with a large image, it's perfectly fine to resize it to a lower pixeled image.

Haha, pixels multiply as the size increases. Rasterized graphics cannot be resized without pixelization, but vector graphics can. This is obviously a raster graphic, so no-go on the resize.

Troy don't be so cruel! MSPaint requires a large skillset to operate its advanced tools such as the paint bucket, spray paint, and line tool. It takes long hour (not a typo) to master these skills!

blood check this out.. i know its pretty stupid that its RS armour but it was a request that i draw it.. i did this in Paint btw so i wanted to show it is possible to draw well on that thing. the proportions are a little fucked up when it comes to arms and stuff but obviously its not finished...      and remember that its not that great and im new to drawing with paint but hey, i try http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2qj944j&s=6

Not everyone is an artist. My art is about as good as urs if not worse so dont feel bad lol. If you want ppl to baby u and hang ur art up on their fridge the internet isnt the place for you.
