Well I'm not sure why WC is down, if this is in the wrong section feel free to move it, but for now and for my purposes this is the right section.
If it's down because of funding issues, I'm completely willing to pay for all the costs of the WC server if you need me to... (As long as it doesn't exceed $100, which I don't expect it to)
