No offense but cats cannot predict death. That study is horribly inconclusive and is basically just confirmation bias. No comment on the other stuff as I didn't read it, just was looking at recent posts and this one caught my eye.

if the study is inconclusive then it can go both ways...how do you know they can't predict deaths?  show me evidence that they can or can't and I will believe it.

if the study is inconclusive then it can go both ways...how do you know they can't predict deaths?  show me evidence that they can or can't and I will believe it.

So you suggest that we should assume everthing is true until proven otherwise(guilty until proven innocent)
Or as Dewy suggests not assume things are true until they can be proven(innocent until proven guilty)
I believe the phrase "Unsubstantiated Claim" or "Libel" would be suffice
