I've noticed that happening alot atleast 8 timesa day and it comes back up an hour after that happening.

its usually down like mornin till 1-3 pm central time >.< at least when i get home from school (3:30pm)  its down but after half an hour its up. other than that i dont see it go down except occasional goes down for an hour midday.
