My sister has had trouble breathing lately. I am very scared and I hope she gets better. Right now she is at the ER. Any ideas on how to help her? I really want her to survive.

Make her bed, some warm soup, get some whey protein. Makes everything alright.

try and find a humidifier not the most comfortable thign to be in a room with do to the humidity but it  opens your pores abit and will help her nose clear up to prevent any blocking of her nasal pasasges
