yeah this dude i have seen him around but not until this occasion have i seen notd tags.
but the reason this came up was he was barricading in the hut thing on metro and team command spamming. i do not have any screens or demos or anything but just fyi.
it was pretty obvious he was Russian and couldnt speak english.
