???eam 7 Mario SOUND BIT SPAMMING

mario has been tormenting this server for a few weeks now mostly during the day and always asks if there is an admin first.
i have seen admin kick him and threaten a ban. please can you get rid of him.

it would help if you had demos and/or screenshots. also, give us a little bit more reason for us to ban him...

I can verify that Mario does use HLSS (as I'm on generally when he is) for purposes of playing an appropriate sound file for the situation. However, from my experience, he does not constantly spam it. This is merit-less.

again....lol...screenshots?...demos?...proof? lol When ANYBODY posts in our forums, members or not, when reporting someone we need to have proof. and at that point...its not even guaranteed that they will be banned...or at least at the moment they got reported.

Yeah we can't ban random people cause what if some just hated you and made a false report against you and then you get banned think that would be fair?

no i know you cant just go around banning people but there has been multiple times when hes played clips constantly for at least 15mins.
i play in your server very often and see a lot of abuse of there not being an admin there. i wasn't saying ban the guy just letting you know and if some one happened to be on then to "get rid of him" as in kick.

i guess i wont start reporting abuse anymore if you are going to be harsh.

Mario was caught spamming, and was banned for it. He wasn't playing anything appropriate, but rather spamming some old Ventrillo harassment reactions. It was pretty constant, and he merited his ban.

Maybe you should learn the damn rules before you make a jackass out of yourself.

I was stating my own opinion. There's no jurisdiction in rules for opinion. Perhaps if you can't say something nice, then you really should be quiet. Yeah, yeah, you're right and I'm wrong because you have some craaazy internet powers. Sorry to offend though. My opinion was stated and was not directed.
