not following orders

the guys name was Dusk1000...I asked 3 to 4 times to get off boxes which were to high for zombies to reach on de_dust2 map in bombsite B area...i as only NOTD on at this moment but other regulars to server where asking him to get down also for it is breaking server rules...Green Latern actully gave me the guys steamID number...but im new to this and have no power so i figured i would report this incident

Yes you did the right thing about reporting the incident, also next time you post a report could you please provide a screen shot? (Hit F5 in game to take a screen shot)
