Yeah i was certain it was because of cheats. I have scripts that hijack servers give me RCON admin and removes all other admins... Ive done some shit with Cheats on. The fact local blocked access to the commands doesnt mean we were safe from abuse and scripts. There are ways to bypass it if cheats are on. It is probably a VAC offense though... We are lucky he didnt actually hijack the whole server...
