Garry's mod. Need restoring help!

So I bought Garry's mod last week and somehow in the console I got rid of my menu that tells me what guns I have. You know the yellow one at the top? That one. It's gone, and I've tried completely deleting the whole Gmod folder in my Steam Apps folder. tried re installing it too. If you know how to fix it tell me please!

Go into your Options menu, then go to your Keyboard/Mouse settings. Click the Advanced tab. There should be a box that says to enable fast-switching. If it is checked, uncheck it. If it isn't checked, then idk what the problem is.
