Hey guys!!! Sorry I haven't been on in a while, but I have some amazing news!!!
On February 22nd, i'm competing in a Baking Competition and for the last month ( starting on Jan 20th) I've been practicing for it. I get to compete against 2 different schools, and If i win I get to go to the Nationals in Edmonton, Alberta. I'm so excited for it ^^!!

I'll try to be on sometime between today and the 22nd, but not as much as i use to. 
And Jess, Our little bet thing wont be affected by this, once I come back it will start over again :U

SWEET! Leave us some cookies. Unless the judges eat them all they're so good. I lost my last compitition because we had to write a paper and i was in the top 10 but ended up losing. So good luck!

Out of curiosity, do you bake at the competition or is it something you bake ahead of time and take to the competion?
I want to know what your magnificent baking abilties will be making. Donuts maybe..... ;D

Lol sorrow, I would totally send you some stuff, but they would go bad XD You can print out the pictures and eat them, though it wouldnt taste the same...
My Baking Teacher will be taking Pictures so I'll give her my Camera and upload them :D

And Flannel, I make stuff there for the Competition, i dont get to bring anything from home/School. I can tell you what I'm making though:
3 different Styles of Dinner Rolls (4 each)
1  3-layered Vanilla Cake, Iced with Butter Cream, decorated with 3 fondant flowers/figurines
3 Different styles or Choux Pastries (Like Eclairs), 6 each OR 1 Lemon - Merange Pie
3 Different French Puff Pastries, 4 each

I have to do ALL of that in 6 hours -.-" Its going to be hard, but I've been Practicing for 2 hours for the past 2 - 3 weeks so, i should be able to do it
