Also, there is something that has been floating around called the PCIP. (protect children from internet pornographers act) which is basically sopa/pipa with a lovely name that makes you look like a pedophile if you oppose it....although it really is nothing more than internet censorship (I've read that some of the written language/ideas for SOPA came from this one).

I haven't seen anything that claims it has been passed yet. But it has been around since some time in 2011. (I believe Lamar Smith also has a LOT to do with this bill as well. So...Texas needs to do its part and get the fuck rid of this asshat....) And you are correct about the naming of it. That is how so many HORRIBLE pieces of legislation have been approved. Give it a name so that if anyone opposes it, it makes them seem like a damn monster of a human being.....

It was switched over to .se so that they could attempt to stop the American gov't from taking action against it. Last I checked, .se is something that signifies a .com/.org website located on a Swedish server.
