Camping on level 21

Is it against the rules camping on level 21?
I remember being directly told by Local, Shadow, and Fatesmom that it is okay to camp on level 21. Today, one of the admins was just burning and slaying and what not anyone camping after setting it too level 21. I was slightly suprised.
So is it okay?
Also, it has been getting fairly obnoxious all of the respawning happening, all of the human gargantuans, and most of all, the admins setting it too level 21. It's not a fun level. Either you die, or you camp (sit in a place holding your mouse down.). Can we stop setting it too these levels? The last three times I've played I've had no fun, because we were either playing against 7 human gargantuans or on level 21.
This is not directed at any admin in general, and I don't mean any offense, but the admins are here to stop the campers, the hackers, and the douches.

There were several other people in the server that remembered you saying that Sorrow. I've been one of the most adamanite members in yelling at people to stop camping. I was going by what I was told by you, and other admins. Local told me months ago when I joined the clan, Shadow I asked after he set it to level 21 a couple weeks ago at about 2 AM, and You I remember you most vividly, because it was on the level de_dust. You came in when there were 8-9 players playing. Someone asked you to change the level after they found out you were an admin. You did, and then they asked if they can camp because its level 21, and you let them. I've been in the server countless times on level 21 with you Sorrow, and you never did anything to them until today. Don't call me a liar until we figure out what actually happened. I'm not saying your a liar. It's also insulting that your telling me to leave the clan, because I was just trying to straighten out what I'd been told. If your going to ban me, at least wait until I break a rule. But that won't happen. Again, don't call me a liar. We both have different stories. Now I know I sounded offensive, but I feel fairly insulted by what you posted. This is on the forums to keep it away from the non-NotD members so that I'm not undermining your authority if you are, infact, correct.

 I never had any admin say it is ok to camp on any level no matter how hard it is, so I think you are trying to make an exuse for your actions.  At the same time I'm not a member so I don't know if there is some truth to that. Also I think you pissed off Sorrow so you might be in some trouble.

Alright, I'd like to hear from Shadow and l0cal, as I have in my first post said that they told me it was alright. So that I can figure out if I'm just imagining things.

Archomatic I have personally seen Local ban people for camping day 21 so I doubt he lets it happen anymore cause that was right b4 he left for vacation. It kinda seems you were the only one who didn't like day 21 in the server but everyone was just running around and having fun. I don't agree with what sorrow said but you gotta loosen up. I don't know if you were mad but you kinda looked like you where yes admin are here to enforce the rules but there also here to make the servers fun too.

Thats why its posted here. So I can find out. If its against the rules I'm not doing it. Anyone else have any feelings at all on the respawning and changing levels and human zombies? I just find it weird how often the admins have not done anything about campers on level 21. I've never seen someone slapped, kicked, slayed, burnt, frozen, or banned for camping on level 21 until today. and considering how many times I've seen pyramids of players in an illegal spot after an admin sets it to level 21...

edit: @ Dr. Nick--- Thats why its posted here, instead of just bitching at admins in-game when they change the server. Yes I was a bit mad because she told me she would ban me and told me to take off my tag and leave NotD.

A couple weeks ago. Das Killaz and I, sitting on top of a box on level 21, I'm standing on top of Das, This is an illegal spot. I'm looking over at Shadow on top of another spot, and talking to him because I was bored of level 21. Shadow. If you don't remember this. then everyone else disregard this.

well my anger came when you were typing to the ppl in the server that local shadow and i said it was ok... sometimes im in spectate but im not at my computer does not mean my lack of action is saying its ok to camp. When I 1st became admin i was unclear what the specific rule was on day21. I quickly made a point of finding out and have been inforcing the no camp rule on all days so yes you are lying. as far as telling you to drop the tag (harsh, yes I can be) you shouldnt be arguing w/ 2 admin and a whole host of notd members in server over chat. It just looks real bad!!! your feelings dont really care about 'em in an argument, and that is what this is silly.

im just posting achro in response to what u said about admins changing human players into the boss zombies (if thats what u meant when u said "human gargantuans"), respawning humans and also the changing of levels. First, i was in there just minutes ago..... YOU WERE THE ONE THAT ASKED FOR DAY 21. Very rarely does ANY admin change it to day 21 regardless. they know that it is near impossible and can b more fustrating than fun sometimes. as i state again....they rarely do it. as far as respawning humans go, i personally dont see where that is a bad thing. hardly has anyone EVER compained about that. we end up switching maps before we get to higher levels anyways, and the few times that higher levels are reached.......its BECAUSE we got respawned...

Lastly ppl being spawned as zombies, especially on the boss levels, only adds more fun and excitement to the game...for those that did and didnt get switched. all of those little things that ALL the admins do just add a little bit more fun to the server. Without stuff like that happening, the server would only get borig for everyone, which in turns drives ppl away from it. From my understanding, the reason y all the other notd servers failed was because lack of donations BUT also because they were not getting filled up. Zombie hell has become extremely popular and part of that is a result of what the admins do.

You've been admin for over a month. I have not been in the server since last saturday, except for today, as I'm in Vail away from my house. How often are you speccing but not watching the server. Because you were the only admin that regularly set it to level 21, hell, the only admin I ever saw play except for Shadow. Now, I don't know if you were not watching the server. But when there is an admin that you at least thought had told you it was okay to camp on level 21 because it is impossible, and that admin is IN THE SERVER, while 15 other people are camping on level 21, you may be confused into thinking its okay.
