[Suggestion] Make a departure section?

Couldn't you just make a departure section or mix it up with the introduction section since people won't have to say Good bye in off-topic? Seems pretty off to be in the off-topic.

we have our inactive section for our members and in the past when members have actually left [NotD] they post in general discussion. its hard to tell if we have gotten that big that we need a section specific to general community departures.
