i was banned because i was reported by a player named mbk. the reason was because of racism.. the joke was yo mamma so black....she aint white.. i see how you may take it as racist.. but im black!!.. my side of the story was never heard. and the joke wasnt even directed at mbk. me and  other players were joking amongst eachh other and mbk just came in tellin us to shut the fuck up and etc. i feel this was unfair and notd big rog was too quick to make moves and mominator should have came in and heard our story first

leeroy jenkins (who is also banned)

there were others around but i dont remember names.

i always play the zombie server and i dont go around startin shit.. im pretty cool wit peacemaker and just startin to know agent jay and a few others... unban me plz and shout ot to my notd homies

Please use the proper format for unban requests. And to let you know, mostly (probably all) of our bans are justified.

Anyways, racism is never tolerated. You should have read the motd. It doesn't matter if you are black, white, or asian. Any racist remarks is an offense and will be taken seriously. Remember this.

Again, please use the proper format and I can sort of understand what you are saying. However, the argument you are presenting is that because you're black, you can get away with saying joke racism or real racism. To me, racism is racism, but other people may differ. And like I stated before, any kind of racism is not tolerated and will be dealt with.

Anyways just wait for the banning admin or another admin to respond.

Racism doesn't have to be shown in a form of hatred, but NotD has a zero-tolerance policy towards any use of racism (jokes, general conversation, hateful comments, etc.). Whether you are African American, Asian, Mexican/Spanish, or even if you were an alien from the planet Vorgon-6, it wouldn't be okay to say a joke that could be taken as something racist towards your/another person's race. For example (and ONLY example), a person could come and say "Wassup, my n****!?" to everyone in the server. If an admin is not currently in the server at the time, they will be warned by others not to say it due to the possibility of someone taking that as a racist comment. However, if an admin IS present in the server, then a ban will most likely follow (depends on the leniency of the admin in question).

All I can tell you is that you should consider reading the motd, like Tekaru has advised you, as well as revising the format of your unban request.
