Ijust bought gta4 off of steam and I decided to try it out... well instantly there were a couple of issues... I wasn't able to fix the settings to match with my specs, it wouldnt download the live stuff and the game wouldnt start. Well, I got the first two sorted out but i still cant seem to get the game to play... even on singleplayer. When I finally get to the gta4 start menu I hit play and it does the art loop with the music and that just keeps going.
