Massive Lag/Lag spikes (ZH1)

Since the server got restarted after the update, the server has been experiencing an enormous amount of lag and lag spikes. 90% of the people who are playing on the servers are experiencing this, the others experience it, but only from time to time. The lag occurs when theres 10 people playing, or when its full. some NotD members who play in ZH1 have experienced this problem as well.
I hope you guys can fix this soon.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but the problem sure as hell isn't old. It's excruciating to play on the Zh1 server because there are enormous amounts of lag (usually this is followed by that auto-disconnect countdown timer showing up). Today's experience for me was with cs_arcticbase w/ frequent lag spikes, then cs_silenthill 2 (that one absolutely raped w/ lag), club26 started out good, then massive lag spikes followed and the admin had to change the level to alps, and when I connected to the Alps map, there were only about 5 or 6 human players (including me) and my ping was already skyrocketing over 100 with lag spikes as well as the auto-disconnect warning. Is anyone working to fix this problem? Because it's a pain constantly getting lag-killed.

i appreciate you approaching this with intelligence and kindness. i have seen many people complain of this issue. i think lespy and stop are addressing the issue.

Yeah, for the hour and a half or so that I have played on ZH1 it was super laggy; I was getting about 300-500 ping while no downloads or anything else was running. But on the Mingames (or ZH2) I am getting 50-100 ping.
