this comand helps to get back your guns wen they have gone type in console (record  <zombs> [cstrike])
you wont start to record but it helps

And yeah, good find though it's been found out before.  Starting and stopping a demo in your console does seem to help guns come back.  Thanks though.

Eh, I prefer my methods of fixing the arm glitch. If I'm alive, find a safe spot when there are still other people alive and just minimize the game and bring it back up. If I'm dead, just spectate other players until they come back. A bit quicker for me (mainly because I can never remember the demo recording commands), but this is still a good method for people that can't minimize their games without crashing or for people that can actually remember the commands.
