[Map Suggestion] de_offshore

So I was looking through GameBanana to see if there were any maps that might fit into the ZH servers when I came across this map http://www.gamebanana.com/maps/109649 . It seems like a good map to have in ZH, so I thought I would suggest it. Of course, it will need to be tested first to see where death zones are needed and what not.
